A land office in Kampala asks its assistant who owns one plot, and the answer is a single line in a long file. Ordinary attention spreads a little weight over every other word, and in a long file that adds up. Differential attention computes two maps and subtracts them, so the shared noise cancels. Then set λ to zero, subtract too much, or let both maps see the answer equally. This lesson needs JavaScript.
